The kit comes with ear plugs and a nose clip. It was great that this came with two size ear plugs, the smaller ones were perfect for his ears. The ear plug material is soft and fits comfortably in your ear. I tried the larger ones and they were very comfortable. My son is good with his and does not complain when they are is.
The nose clip is very sturdy and comfortable. It fits easily over both of our noses and is comfortable to wear for both of us. It also has enough pressure to stay on while swimming. I was a little concerned it would fall off while he was swimming, but so far, so good.
